Request #20-103

This request is regarding the north employee parking lot addressed 17801 International Blvd Sea-Tac, WA, which was the location of a car v pedestrian collision on 11-19-2019 @ about 20:15 hours. Port of Seattle Police Dept Case# 19-92321. My company was retained by Liberty Mutual Insurance re their insured driver Susan Jamison. 

I am interested in the following information:

1-We would like the video clip described in the police report where the pedestrian is seen walking prior to the incident.  The police report states a start time of 20:13 hours on 11-17-2019 for the appropriate video clip. Under public records request 20-27 submitted to Port of Seattle police records video was provided that started at time stamp 20:23 after the collision had occurred. We are interested in seeing the pedestrian approaching the area as described by Officer Felix Arena in the police report. 

2-Does the Port of Seattle own the property where the collision occurred -17801 International Blvd, SeaTac WA

3-What are the policies, restrictions etc for use of the parking area – is this a written set of guidelines?  If yes, we would like to get the written usage guidelines.

4-Does any entity other than the Port of Seattle control or maintain or manage the property where this incident occurred?  North employee parking lot – 17801 International Blvd, SeaTac WA.

5-Are the cameras in the parking area owned / operated by the Port of Seattle? If not who?

6-What is the retention period for the video.
