NTEU Chapter 139 representing Customs and Border Protection Employees within the Seattle Area Port is requesting the following information: 

  1. In addition to the spaces identified in the list below, identify any other spaces occupied by Customs and Border Protection employees, either permanently or temporarily for any space controlled, owned, or managed by the Port of Seattle.
  2. Provide a map, building plan, or diagram of each space that identifies the areas occupied by Customs and Border Protection employees.
  3. Provide the memorandum of understanding, organizing document, or contract that defines the responsibilities and roles of the Port of Seattle and the tenant for each of the identified locations occupied by Customs and Border Protection.
  4. Provide the maintenance schedule and/or capital improvement plans for each of the identified locations. Including, but not limited to, the anticipated lifetimes of roofs, carpets, paint, heating and cooling systems, sprinkler systems, etc. and the responsible party.
  5. Identify the responsible party for any bills associated with all of the identified locations. Including but not limited to water, heat or electricity, sewer, and garbage. Please separately list any other recurring bills not otherwise accounted for in this request.
  6. Provide a list of any open and/or unoccupied office spaces, properties, or buildings owned, managed, or controlled by the Port of Seattle.
