I have reached out to the applicable staff and they have provided the following response to your questions:

 

Total jet fuel dispensed in 2014 was 487,707,528 gallons.  Staff has provided the  total amount for 2018 which was 636,975,446 gallons. The Port does not have data for 2010.

 

The Port of Seattle does not own any of the records pertaining to the fuel farm which is used by the airlines for Jet Fuel. The Port does not receive daily data pertaining to Jet Fuel being dispensed.

 

Applicable staff has no knowledge of any predictions made for Jet Fuel predicted to be pumped pert day in 2027.
