Pursuant to the Public Records Act, please provide electronic copies of all records, complaints, reports, and disciplinary actions related to Lionel Vincenti’s employment with Port of Seattle. I am specifically requesting electronic copies of the following:

  • All electronic communications (including email, text messages, instant messages, etc.) sent to or received by all employees related to harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All investigation notes, meeting notes, and complaints received regarding harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All supervisor/manager files, notes, meeting notes, and documentation related to harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All written, verbal, and electronic complaints related to harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All meetings and meeting notices (including attendees) related to harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All written and electronic communication related to discipline for harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All written, electronic, informal and formal discipline for harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All documents related to discipline for harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • All drafts and final investigation reports related to harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.
  • A listing of all employees identified by name, job title, gender, age, race and ethnicity who filed verbal, written, informal or formal complaints against Lionel Vincenti for harassment, touching, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior and/or retaliation.

In addition to the above documents, please also provide an electronic copy of the following:

  • A listing of all employees identified by name, job title, gender, age, race, and ethnicity who were supervised by Lionel Vincenti during his employment with Port of Seattle.

Please do not provide any redacted copies, and if a file requested above does not exist, please advise us in writing as to which specific file or set of documents do not exist.

If there are fees associated with production of these records, please let our firm know and we will facilitate payment.
