Please provide copies of any and all public records, including but not limited to emails, text messages, letters, memoranda, interview notes and score sheets, meeting notes, voicemail messages, and telephone logs regarding hiring for the position of Senior Manager Security Operations between April 27, 2017 and November 30, 2018. Please include all communication from Human Resources, Legal, Port Leadership, Labor Relations (when applicable), and any other person(s) or department involved in the decision or proposal.
This request include, but is not limited to:
- All public records relating to the procedural steps used to reach the decision to hire or proposal to hire for Senior Manager Security Operations;
- All public records regarding who was on the selection committee(s), how those committee members were chosen, and each committee members notes, correspondence, or scores relating to the hiring process; and
- An outline of any previous, specific hiring practices used to reach the decision to hire other Senior Manager employees.
