On behalf of Puget Soundkeeper, I submit this request to the Port of Seattle for the following public records:
All documents, physical and electronic, and all communications, pertaining to the marine cargo terminal presently occupied by “Total Terminals International, LLC,” designated by Port of Seattle as “Terminal 46,” and owned by Port of Seattle, located at 401 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98104 (the “site”).
Pertaining to: NPDES permit “WAR000465.”
- Management of site’s stormwater by Port or any tenant.
- Construction of any structural or treatment facilities designed to manage site’s stormwater.
- Compliance with above referenced NPDES permit regulating discharge of stormwater to Elliott Bay.
Please include any stormwater monitoring data and any communications pertaining to either.
Please include any discussions, documentation, or other communications regarding discharges from the site’s wharf (aka “dock”), including discharges from the wharf drains, scuppers, and/or bull rail.
Please also include any documents or communications transmitted to or from WA Department of Ecology pertaining to this site.
Please limit this request to all records from April 2013 to present.
Please acknowledge receipt, and timely provide an estimate on when records will be made available. Soundkeeper prefers to receive records on a rolling basis, as they become available, whenever possible.
