Please accept this letter as a Public Records request pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, RCW 42.56.

This is a request for all records relating to the following:

1. A complete copy of the Port of Seattle Employee Handbook in place from January 1, 2011 - May 2, 2014.

2. The discharge, discipline, and performance policies in place on May 2, 2014 with any changes, updates, or modifications made to that policy to date.

3.   Copies of all “At Will” recognition documents signed by  or received by all Port of Seattle salaried employees who are manager level and above ,between January 1, 2014 to present.
