I am requesting copies of the following items. Electronic format is preferred.
Any application for a permit for any purpose, or for the use of any property owned or managed by the Port of Seattle that is in the possession of, or known to, the Port of Seattle, and is associated with Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016.
Any permit or approval issued by the Port of Seattle for Hempfest 2015 or 2016, or any associated activities or events.
Any report or analysis of damage to Port of Seattle property or landscaping that is associated with Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016, including litter or garbage not removed by Hempfest staff or contractors.
Any repairs to Port of Seattle property or landscaping that could be reasonably associated with damage caused during Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016, including the periods of time associated with preparations for those events and subsequent removal of items associated with those events.
Any violations of the conditions of any permits issued for Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016 that are known by or have been reported to employees of the Port of Seattle.
Any fees, charges, or deposits that were reduced or not charged to the organizer(s) of Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016, due to its claimed “free speech” status.
A summary listing of fees charged to organizers, vendors, and persons or organizations associated with Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016, and the amounts paid by those persons or organizations.
Any documents, notes, or communications in any form, that are associated with Hempfest 2015 or Hempfest 2016 and that mention the term “free speech” or similar terms.
Any estimates or reports that describe the numbers of persons using Centennial Park for recreational or commuting purposes, with special attention devoted to the month of August.
Any guidance, written or otherwise, that is provided to Port of Seattle personnel, concerning the processing or disposition of requests that include the term “free speech”.
