Information regarding an incident in the months between October 1, 2014-December 31, 2014 involving an Alaska Airlines passenger plane that departed from SeaTac Airport with a cargo door open and was forced to return shortly thereafter to SeaTac Airport after a brief period of flight due to the cargo door being open.
Please provide any documents in the possession of the Port of Seattle (Port) regarding this incident, including but not limited to:
-any Port Police report of this incident;
-any internal Port communications regarding this incident, and any communications between any combination of the following regarding this incident: the Port, Menzies Aviation, and Alaska Airlines;
-any communications between the Port and the Federal Aviation Administration or any other federal agency regarding this incident;
-documents that indicate the Alaska Airlines flight # involved in this incident, the destination of the flight, the gate this flight initially departed from and the gate the flight returned to after the brief period of flight;
-documents that indicate any Menzies Aviation workers involved in this incident.
If there is more than one such incident involving an Alaska Airlines plane in the time period October 1, 2014-December 31, 2014 please provide information about all such incidents.
